Rubbish removal in Dubai when the bins are the wrong place
Rubbish Removal
Rubbish removal is the load that is already rubbish: bags, loose packaging, broken small items and the leftovers of a clear-out. It is not a full house clearance and it is not a skip of construction debris. You send a photo. We carry it from where it is sitting to the truck. It does not go beside the building bins.
What this is, and what it is not
People search for rubbish removal and garbage removal as if they were different trades. On this site they are neighbours. Garbage removal is the right page when the job is bagged waste on a repeat schedule, or a heavy one-off of household bags. This page is the mixed, often loose pile: post-move cartons, a broken vacuum, a bag of clothes nobody will take, packaging from a fit-out that is not rubble.
If the pile is mostly a sofa, a mattress or a fridge, use those services. They are quoted and loaded differently. Rubbish removal is what is left when the obvious bulky pieces are either already gone or were never the point. A junk removal booking covers a mixed household pile that includes furniture. Say which you have. The photos decide, not the word you typed.
What we take
Tied bags of household rubbish, flattened or broken-down cardboard, small broken furniture that is not worth a furniture crew on its own, packaging from a delivery, and light office waste such as paper and food-container bags after an event. A modest amount of bagged bathroom or kitchen clearance waste is normal.
We also take the bagged leftovers at the end of a move-out clearance when the furniture has its own line in the quote. In Deira, Bur Dubai and International City this is often a walk-up job: the bags are on an upper floor because the bin room is full or the building has told residents to stop leaving clearance waste there.
What we do not take
Hazardous chemicals, wet paint, solvents, gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos-suspect sheet and fuel do not go on the truck. If a bag might contain them, say so. We will leave that bag and take the rest, and we will point you at a licensed handler for the item we cannot move.
Loose construction rubble, soil and palm fronds are not “a bit of rubbish”. Rubble is construction debris removal. Green waste is garden waste removal. Food waste in large commercial volume from a restaurant is a different conversation from a flat’s bin bags. Describe it. Do not hide a kitchen’s worth of oil inside black sacks and hope.
How a rubbish pickup runs
You send a wide photo and, if the pile is in more than one room, a second. Add the floor and whether there is a lift. In a tower we follow the building’s rules on service lifts and we do not line bags through a lobby at the hour the building has banned. In a villa we load from the driveway. The quote is fixed from the photos and covers labour, the truck and disposal of what we have agreed to take.
The crew carries. You do not need to stage bags at the kerb, and you should not. Dubai buildings and the municipality treat clearance waste left by communal bins as dumping. The bin guide is why this service exists. We would rather spend the time on the stairs than explain a pile on the pavement. Al Barsha, Karama and Al Qusais are where the stairs are longest and the bins are already overfilled. A wide photo stops a “small pile” becoming a full landing once the crew is on the stair. If the bin room is locked, say so. We still take the bags to the truck. A locked bin room is not a reason to leave them outside it.

Rubbish Removal questions
They overlap. Use garbage removal for bagged waste and repeat collections. Use this page for a mixed or loose pile that is not furniture and not construction rubble. If you are unsure, send the photo. We will tell you which quote it is.
