Al Furjan
Al Furjan is a young community of villas, townhouses and apartment buildings still being handed over, so a lot of what we collect here is the other end of moving in: flattened boxes, packing foam, the furniture that did not survive the move and the old set the new one replaced.
After the move-in
A week after moving in, most Al Furjan homes have a garage or balcony full of cardboard and foam that the community bins will not take. We collect it as a single junk load with any furniture you are replacing, and the cardboard goes for recycling.
Villas and townhouses
Full villa clearances and townhouse move-outs are quoted from photos of each room and the garden. Community security is told which street and house we are visiting, and the crew works inside the community’s hours for bulky moves.
Gardens here are new and often being replanted; trimmings, old turf and planters go as garden waste on the same truck.
Apartment buildings
The newer apartment blocks along the main roads have service lifts and loading areas; we arrange the booking as part of any apartment pickup.
