Yes, if the lift window is long enough. One photo of each, plus the room, is enough to judge.

Is Remraam the same as Motor City?

No. Motor City is next door. Remraam has its own gate. Name Remraam so we are not at the wrong entrance.

What if there is no service lift?

Then the passenger lift or the stairs are the route, and the piece has to fit. Tell us. We will say if it needs to come apart.

How quickly can you come?

Same day is possible for a small load with an open lift. Message in the morning with the cluster name.

Remraam

Remraam is a gated apartment community near Motor City: clusters of mid-rise buildings around shared pools, with a community entrance and building lobbies that still have their own rules. It is not a townhouse estate and it is not JVC. Send the cluster and the building. The outer gate and the lobby are two conversations. Apartment beds and sofas are furniture collection. Two gates, not one

Community security lets the vehicle in. The building watchman cares about the lift. Clearing the first does not clear the second. If your building wants a move form, that form is part of the booking. Service lift booking is written for taller towers but the questions are the same: which lift, which hours, whose name is on the form.

Furnished flats turn over often. Sofas and mattresses are the bulk of the work. Sofa removal and mattress disposal can be one slot if both are in the photos. A full flat is move-out clearance.

Parking under the cluster

Loading is from the cluster parking, not from the main road outside the community. Ceiling heights in the basement matter. If a previous delivery truck had to stay outside, tell us. We would rather shuttle from a legal outside stop than scrape a roof liner.

Pool courtyards are not a trolley route at peak time. We use the service corridor the building points to. Weekend afternoons around the pool are the worst window. Morning is better.

Remraam on the southern apartment run

We plan Remraam with Motor City and Mudon. Same-day junk removal works when the lift is free and the message is early. A building that wants notice gets the next day, said plainly.

Balcony sets and a single washing machine are normal add-ons. Appliance disposal from an upper floor without a booked lift is a stair carry, and it needs to be described that way. Do not assume every Remraam block has a goods lift. Some have a padded passenger lift and a strict watchman.
