Junk removal in Al Khawaneej for villas, plots and green waste
Al Khawaneej
Al Khawaneej is a villa and large-plot district on the city’s north-eastern edge, split across Khawaneej 1 and 2. Homes sit behind gates, gardens are bigger than in a townhouse community, and some plots are closer to small farms than to a suburban street. The job is almost never a service lift. It is a driveway, a yard and a pile. Villa and garden loads are a booked crew. The bulky-waste guide is the household check for the plot. Cuttings and soil are not that list.
Large plots and long carries
The truck stops in the yard you actually have, which may be a long walk from the room. Tell us that distance if you know it. A sofa from a majlis at the back of a big plot is not a two-minute load. Villa clearance covers the house. The yard is included when it is in the photos.
Gates are private. Someone has to be there to open them. We do not arrive to a locked farm gate and phone from the road for twenty minutes. Agree the arrival and have the gate ready. If a farm manager controls access, copy them on the time.
Green waste, not farm chemicals
Branches, palm fronds, hedge cuttings, old outdoor furniture and bagged soil are garden waste removal. Tree branch removal is about a cut pile, which is also our rule here. We do not fell trees, and we do not take pesticide, fertiliser, fuel or veterinary waste.
Animal areas, if you have them, are not cleared as junk. Bedding and general rubbish from a store can be rubbish removal if it is bagged and not hazardous. Manure and carcasses are outside what we do. Say so honestly so we do not quote a pile we will refuse.
Scheduling the north-east
Khawaneej is planned with Mirdif and Al Warqa, not with the Marina. Same-day junk removal depends on a crew already being on that side. A full plot is a booked morning. Send photos of the house and a wide photo of the yard. The wide photo is the one that stops an under-quote.
Khawaneej 1 and Khawaneej 2 are far enough apart to matter. Say which. A pin is better than a nearby landmark.
What we do most in Al Khawaneej
Al Khawaneej questions
No. We collect branches and fronds that are already down. A gardener or a tree crew does the cutting, then we take the pile.
Send a photo, get a price
One photo and your Al Khawaneej address are usually enough for a fixed quote covering labour, loading and disposal. See how it works or book a pickup.
