Construction debris removal in Dubai for finished fit-out piles

Construction Debris Removal

This service takes the waste a renovation has already produced: tiles, gypsum offcuts, timber, metal studs, carpet tiles and bagged rubble inside an apartment, villa or small site. It is not a skip left on the street for a week, and it is not a licence to demolish. The renovation waste guide explains how to separate the pile. This page is the collection.

01

What we accept

Bagged or neatly stacked inert debris from kitchens, bathrooms and light fit-outs. Broken tiles, plasterboard offcuts, timber, laminate, carpet tiles, empty cardboard from fittings, and metal studs that are already down. A villa or apartment in Al Barsha, JVC or Arabian Ranches producing one room of this material is a typical booking.

Mixed with furniture, it can share a visit with waste removal or junk removal if the photos show both and the truck is planned for both. Heavy rubble is not an afterthought on a sofa job. If the pile is mostly debris, book it as debris so we send the right vehicle and enough hands.

02

What we refuse

Wet paint, solvents, adhesives in bulk, gas cylinders, fuel, asbestos-suspect boards and unknown drums. If a contractor has left tins, photograph them separately and leave them out of the bags. We will not load a sealed bag that you describe as “mostly tiles” if you also mention paint. Medical and biological waste is out. So is soil in the volumes a garden produces. That is garden waste removal.

We do not break walls, pull up tiles that are still stuck, or operate on a live demolition. If people are still cutting above the pile, we wait until the pile is finished and the room is safe to enter. A skip and a crew solve different problems. The skip comparison is the honest version. Many Dubai buildings will not allow a skip in the podium at all, which is why a crew with bags is the method that actually gets used.

Buildings, villas and sites

In a tower the debris has to leave in bags or on a trolley through the service lift, in a slot the building allows. Dusty open rubble in a passenger lobby is how a job is stopped. We bag loose material before it moves through common areas. Tell us the floor and the lift rule. Business Bay and DIFC fit-outs also need the dock, often out of hours.

On a villa plot or a small Al Quoz site the constraint is where the truck can stand and whether the pile is one material or five. Dubai South and Muhaisnah yards are bookable but they are not same-hour calls from the Marina. Send a wide photo. A pile that looks small against a warehouse door is often several cubic metres.

Getting a quote that survives the day

Photograph the whole pile, not one bag. Say what it is made of in a sentence. “Tiles and gypsum, about fifteen bags, third floor, service lift after 4pm” is a quote we can keep. “Renovation waste” is not. The price is fixed from those photos for the described load. If the contractor adds another room after we have quoted, send a new photo before the crew arrives.

We sort what we can for recycling and take the rest to approved facilities. We do not dump it. We also do not certify a load as a particular waste code unless that paperwork was agreed beforehand. If your building or main contractor needs a waste transfer note of a specific type, ask before you book, not when the truck is in the basement. A note we cannot produce should be raised then, while there is still time to use a handler who issues it. Finding out in the basement helps nobody, and it is not something we paper over with a made-up reference. If the pile is still growing while we quote, send a second photo the morning of the job so the fixed price still matches the floor. A bag count shouted from the stairwell is how apartment fit-outs get under-quoted.

No. We load and leave. Many buildings will not host a skip. If you specifically need a container, that is a different arrangement and not this service.
